The First Hawaii Blog

You are here because the precious aloha waves are somehow calling your name. You’ve either been there, or you are desperate to get there. Well me too. Hence why I cannot stop going back. This is the first of many to come. I’m so obsessed. Who isn’t?!?

I hope while you’re sitting at your desk, or watching Just Go With It and scrolling, this blog will transport you to to the Hawaiian Islands and you’ll never return. Well at least that’s my dream.

I first came to Oahu in 2020. It was a everything I ever dreamed of. And trust me, I’ve spent a lot of time dreaming about the ocean and going to Hawaii. I’ve wanted to be a mermaid ever since I was a little girl. I even used to have under water dreams where I could breathe. SO RAD! I think that was God’s little gift to me as a blossoming child.

Anyway, Hawaii is unlike any other island. Like how can one place be the epitome of ocean love??

It just can!

I had the opportunity to live there for about 6 months and have gone back several times since. I have friends that live there and the connections just get better and better each time I go. This is one of the biggest blessings in my life. When I feel down hearted about the state of my singleness and want to say “God doesn't answer prayers” I CANT. Because HE DOES.

Windward Coast

If you ever want to go to a side of the island that will BLOW YOUR SOCKS OFF, Windward side is the place to go. I’n not kidding, there were so many incredible cliffs and jaw dropping blue waves that some days reach 15 feet hitting the shore line. East side is raw and wild. Untamed and vast. So incredible. Also the most perfect little Ariel’s Grotto pools to play in. Just magic.
